  1. Couldn’t agree more with myofascia work and rolling every single day. Tall guys who sit – thoracic spine and tight front hips need to roll every single day – it literally will change ur life.

  2. Man, I love Gary but this was hard to listen. "Wellness coaches" and similar, are constantly overstepping their profession and talking about shit they don't even know about. Stay in your lane".

If you aren't educated in Physical Therapy or actual exercise then don't give out the wrong advice as it doesn't help no one. You guys have no idea what you are talking about regarding mobility, movement & self release. Minimal evidence on Foam Rolling, yet rolling itself won't release that "tight" muscle. Let alone if you don't drink water you are most likely dehydrated and causing more stress to your body. "Release Lactic Acid with Foam Rolling" …

  3. Eat nutritionally dense foods and small amounts of lean animal protein. Weight management is simple math. You should be exploring the other health benefits of food and exercise other than weight management. You should be thinking about how the hidden sugars in your diet affect chronic disease, regardless of your weight. I'm a 52 year old Ironman and would love to be a guest on your show to discuss health, happiness and social marketing. https://heartfit365.com/free-vlt

  4. Gary always dropping knowledge, but Hannah not so much. I immediately discredit her when I find out her father is a billionaire and assume she is fed from golden spoon. If you don’t have a degree in the sciences and are trying to push health and wellness, I don’t listen. I mean she has a cute website with lots of colors and vlogs, but where is her LinkedIn or an educational background, CV, or links to some peer reviewed studies on "health, wellbeing, and mindfulness"? What a joke.

Gary is super smart. I bet Gary got paid buku $$$$ for this.

  5. Do a general checkup. Go to an endocrinologist, then a nutritionist and a physical trainer. Anything out of it, it might kill you, I'm sorry GaryVee I'm a big fan of your work, but this is totally irresponsible especially nowadays, you have no idea how many people are doing hemodialysis now, because it was following these tips without knowing that had a tendency to kidney failure, others with eating disorders etc., have you ever seen someone try to eat with a trembling hand and can not? Yeah. For God's sake, never state anything about fitness, diet and healthy living without first mentioning that everyone has to go to the doctor first, it is totally individual and can avoid deaths.
