  1. The issue is not raising money, the issue is thinking by raising money you made it. But Gary V is right, people most of the time celebrate the wrong stuff. However, it is a milestone when you raise some money to get to the next level.

  2. Hey Gary, we love your stuff!!
our question: we've contacted a few influencers on our niche (musicians, session player..) sent one of them a custom product and he stopped answering us sometime after (he got the product). so did we just had bad luck with an indecent person? should we keep on doing that? (the person is a distinguished American guitarist)

  3. Wow! That was a great podcast. I just left Five-0 donut shops two minutes ago in Sarasota. It also hit home for me when they were talking about failure being a good thing. I Just went through a major poop storm with my business and I need to start over again.
    Learning from my past!

  4. When Gary say's to DM everyone who you admire and once in a blue moon you will get someone that say's yes, my question is should you be focusing your DM's towards people in the same state/country as you? Would you as an influencer take on someone from another country? I am a videographer from Australia, that's why i ask.

  5. I never thought that Gary is actually reading every comment, but it looks like he does.

A few weeks ago I complained about him interrupting his guests all the time. He still got this tendency, I guess because it's his nature, and that's fine. But at least he's acknowledging it and trying to do a better job. I love it!!!
