  1. Hey Gary! I first watched this video back in 2016 when you published it. I saw it on IG first. And it really shaped my work at that time. Really fired me up. I was working 9-5 also had two side hustles during that time. Then in 2017, I went "all in" (because you put those words and mentality into my mind). I worked long hours, get paid little, learned new skills along the way. I was married for 2 years at that time also. So had to pay the rent and the bills and everything. Didn't have support from any of the parents. But my wife really helped to the house and me. Everything was at the verge of collapse for a well over a year. Never complained and put in the work. Now I run my agency, have great brands as clients, and have steady fees. And I want to thank you for all of these.

You were my support during those times, you were (and still, of course) my mentor. I have learned so much from you. This video wasn't the first video of yours I watched but the one really changed my perspective. And it's a whole circle now. I'm now telling my friends and followers about you, your videos and specifically this August video. Thank you for being out there and working your face off and showing us the way and for being with us.

    Cheers,
    Örsan

  3. You know, I've never thought of August in that way before, it makes sense though. Great piece of advice that I've not heard anywhere else before. Probably needed to see this a few months ago though 🙁 although with Christmas fast approaching surely some of the points relevant to Aug, can be relevant to Dec/Christmas? It's peoples 'downtime' where they allow themselves to take their foot off the gas for a few weeks, to recuperate. Time to forge ahead for me then. Thanks for the value you provide.
