  1. Dear Gary, I write to you from the uk with a question… I took over my family business of 25 years, 3 years ago where we specialise in Hiab vehicle haulage, the company was close to collapse and my father asked me for help, I have poured blood sweat and tears into keeping the company alive and have now turned the corner and have nearly doubled our turnover in only 3 years without spending £1 on any marketing..! Reason for this is past efforts on my fathers behalf have failed, in old advertising, example paper adverts, magazines and so on.. what I did to survive and build was maximise revenue from existing clients and push them for everything by increasing service levels, making us the best at what we do focusing on us and not my competition, giving value for what we charge. However I feel we have now reached our limit for growth with our existing clients and to grow further we need to look to marketing.. I have recently started pumping money into google Ads which is returning us 25% average conversions but there seems to be a limit to leads for what we do, are big clients looking here or are they stuck with who they are currently using, putting up with the average service they get, and if they do decide to look for a replacement where are they looking… my question is.. how do you think social media could work for this industry, being one of the last industry’s in my opinion to catch up with modern day ways, can it work and in your opinion what would be the best route or platform for us to use in the UK? Our target audience is construction, hire industry, and manufacture. I have been following you for some time now and I see myself in you which is very inspiring, I have also referred you to speak for a UK nationwide insurance company called Coversure where I believe they will be contacting you to speak at a UK event in the coming months. So I hope they find you well. Thank you again and I appreciate your time in responding. Kindest regards Chris Jolly.

  2. I’m 4 years deep in trying to be an entrepreneur and do my own thing. I let you know 17 years from now when I’m 45 how things are going my dude. I have a feeling if I use the things I’ve picked up from you over the years, I’ll be aight

  3. Dam this video is pure gold! The part when Gary talks to that girl on the elevator and through the garage shows how dedicated he is to bringing big change to this earth! Feeling humbled to be alive in a time with access to so many amazing humans!

  4. Gary is so full of shit. You know how many millionaires there are? Pushing 50 million right now and the number is only exponentially increasing. For sales it's well over 100 million people. That's about 1 in 35 for people who arn't kids or living in the world's most impoverished countries. Nobody buys this bullshit you spewed except dumbasses. A million is pretty much laughable because it's not a lot of money. Period. Well over half watching can and may very well surpass a mere million. It's not hard. Admit you are a dumb ass who went to the shittiest school in the country and therefore oversimplify shit you do not understand, missed out on various opportunities and have a very limited understanding of financial economics and numbers. The most outspoken people like yourself are often the dumbest, fact. 1,000 people paying you 1,000 over the year will do it or was that math beyond your capability? Serious question, near illiterate fraud spewing bullshit facts, health advice and timelines to hide his insecurity and ego hypocritical ass of needing to be the most superior head honcho. Inefficient asswipe who claims to work smart but really doesn't. Obnoxious disrespected by woman faking it moral high ground obnoxious short little bitch pushing inaccurate facts & narratives fearful nail biting ocd piece of shit, unlikeable hog. Get it straight pompous hypocrital moron & tool.

  5. I love it when he said that it is hard, it's supposed to be hard. Of course! success shouldn't be given to anyone on a plate, you have to work for it, and if you choose to relax once you're earned it, you'll enjoy the vacation that much more.

  6. I had to take a step back from being a general store manager for At&t, to being a customer service agent for Cox, so me and my wife could be our own bosses today. We saw the potential in her Etsy Shop SweetLooks Collection, and decided to go all in. We work all hours of the day but we it is worth every minute. We launched our website http://www.sweetlookscollection.com earlier this year and it is doing well. We get more time with the kids and each other. Which is worth its happiness alone and if we are going to work this hard its nice to be doing it for yourself.

  7. To be honest, when I first watching Gary video I hate him, because I thought he is motivational / inspirational speaker like other's but he is telling the truth. The truth about where I am right now. And after few months suddenly I like him and I start happy with my life even I am still broke and still struggle to build my Design Business. Thank you so much, Gary. Please don't visit to Indonesia in the next 3 years, because maybe I am not success yet.
