  1. Gary Vee this is what I want. I want a wine bottle that says EAT SHIT FOR TEN YEARS, with your face on it. And the wine needs to drinkable in ten years. Then in ten years I can open it and celebrate all the shit I ate haha AND through those ten years I'll have a reminder telling me BE REAL, DON'T CASH OUT, WEATHER THE STORM, DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF, DO YOU AND STAY TRUE, IGNORE THE HATERS…. I don't even drink wine, but I'd buy a bottle of this.

  2. I find myself taking on a marketing role at a company who has 10 years of sales, only through distribution and although they know which distributor bought how many and when, they have no data as to the end user per serial number. I have thought to ask for sales details from the distributors but have push back from the owners that don't want to request this info. What advice do you have regarding 10 years of sales data for approximately 4,000 units sold?

  3. I really like the idea of the e-commerce store with a physical showroom. I think they could benefit a lot from affiliate marketing. If a referral buys, then the affiliate gets 10% of the final sale. This would work wonders for an e-commerce store. Depending on the lot size, they could also host a classic car show. Lots of rich car owners coming in to sit on couches. Another great idea would be a weekly book club where they sit on the furniture. And if they have beds, pay two night owls to sleep on one or two of them during business hours. Just make sure you have a double of the bed designated for sleeping on so that the customer can try it out too!

  4. GaryVee is such an inspiration. This guy helped us start! We've been a band for 3 years but never recorded our songs. But recently, we've just released and posted our first single. This guy is awesome. I hope he will inspire more people to do what they have to do and start! More power! <3

  5. Great ideas. I'd go with the shared work space, food truck events, big play in Dot com. Collaboration space for interior designers in store and online, cater to ARCHITECTS as well. Tons you can do. And Instagram is a big deal for this stuff

  6. Regarding co-working space and cafeteria etc., what do would you think about small free cinema with alternative short movies?

You could use your couches, armchairs, footrests and pillows, so people can try them for a longer time, feel that these are super comfortable and they want them at home.

The idea is to buy 15-30 minutes, alternative movies of young creators, also from other countries f.ex Central/Eastern Europe or Asia. I suppose you can buy them quite cheap, since young creators needs money for new creations and want to be shown. People like to watch movies that are not mainstream, have unique form, show life in other parts of the world and touch not typical aspects of life.

Bring value offering something original, which is not available on Netflix, Hulu etc. Keep the room simple, your furniture, projector and nice audio. Make it as at home. Make the event in social media, so people can share it. People love such events, discuss the movies in real life, especially young ones, so this way they can feel connection with your brand and also buy in the future.

I think with this idea your building would be quite unique and such events (ex. in the evenings or weekend afternoons) would bring people. Your brand would be associated with culture, art, relax, family time etc.

Gary or somebody from Gary’s team: I would be happy to hear what do you think.

Who of you would come for an interesting movie?
