  2. Hey gary, from my personal perspective, I would find it more valuable if your guest was able to say what they were going to say. I know efficiency and value are important to you, but sometimes, we don't need every detail. We just need to hear how some people think about things. Thanks!!

  3. I remember Gary saying "when the economy crash, "fake entrepreneurs" are going to get jobs" .. I feel like it's the reverse now, there are more "fake entrepreneurs" than ever after this Covid crisis.

  4. When something doesn't work, you need to start looking from a different perspective. Whenever there's a crisis, something will fall and something will rise. It's all about pivoting, and no, hoping things will get better is not a strategy.

  5. I have been doing some research on Bitcoin Investments because it seems to be an easy means of making money online, am currently ready to begin Investing on Bitcoins, can anyone please let me know how I can begin?

  6. Organizations have been forced to re-strategize their goals and from our research, organization who have implemented OKRs well (like our clients) have been able to adapt, and continued to be successful by re-strategizing and aligning their employees towards the re-designed goals whilst creating more collaboration between teams. OKRs have been a boon for remote working models also.

  7. One key factor is Leadership. Capable people are able to focus on the big picture while directing the small picture. They must neither be lost in the trenches; nor consumed with putting out fires; nor grinding their own axes. They must be there for the business, and able to guide in powerful and sensitive ways.
