  1. This is so motivational. I fully fall into a down day often because of small things that happen, but over the past year I've been taking your advice and making way less excuses for my own choices. I feel like I'm coming out of my old way of thinking and adopting a new perspective, so thank you for telling it how it is and not how people wish it was. It's so rare these days among all the BS of the world. Thanks.

  2. I never have a bad day because I'm so goddamn grateful. I fled a country in war, became homeless, have a broken family and I still got the chance to start a Youtube channel in a peaceful country and make money with my job just helping people. The time we live in is so amazing, so many beautiful things and opportunities. You could like this comment, we could have a conversation and now 2 people made a connection out of nowhere. If you use context then you will always go back to your reference and completely remove bad days out of your life.

  3. Please read this. It might be long but worth it 🙂
I'm 14 years old. I'm a student. I rarely have "bad days". My school starts at 7:30 and bus arrives at 6:45. I wake up at 5:15. I jog about 6 kms every morning. It actually helps. Early morning when everybody is sleeping, you're working on yourself. It gives you a feeling of a leader. It also impresses people which motivates you to do the thing you're doing more. Also, waking up early doesn't change your routine cause you would be sleeping anyways.

  4. I have to disagree… there’s no such thing as a bad day. What you may perceive as “bad” is always something good in disguise. We are just not able to see this right away because we have been brought up in a fear based society

  5. "I do like a little bit of pain … because I think it's appropriate for my ambition" … GREAT way to word it. So many people want it fast and without paying the proper dues. That's just not how things work. If you want big things, you have to realize that some hiccups along the way are a necessary part of the process.
