Awesome Tip: MastermindTalks Keynote 2016 | Gary Vaynerchuk

BEING SELF AWARE IS KEY. NO ONE IN ANY ROOM IS GREAT AT EVERYTHING. I BELIEVE IF YOU WANT TO BUILD A BUSINESS AT SCALE YOU MUST TRIPLE DOWN ON YOUR STRENGTHS AND CREATE UPSIDE FROM THAT RATHER THAN WASTING TIME FOCUSING ON YOUR WEAKNESSES.

  1. Ok, this is crazy. I'm listening to this for the first time. I devour so much GaryVee content daily. This is by far the most intriguing and captivating to date. Cool thing is to listen understanding this was published over 2 years ago. To listen retrospectively is really wild. This really lends itself to how quickly life, our society and technology evolve. F'in love this dude, funny too, b/c a year ago, I absolutely did not hate but I chose to listen to several others regularly instead of GaryVee, not sure way or when I turned but I relate and connect on a massive level.

  2. I know that this has been two years since this video has been published, but I just have to comment on this. I started following #GaryVee about a month ago and it's been so amazing. I am so grateful that I have found it online and that it is for free. Otherwise I probably wouldn't be able to afford it. I am 40 year-old single mother living in Ukraine. I am from Ukraine to make it clear and I have a regular office job that I tolerate. I just want to say thank you Gary for giving me energy to dream and go after my goals. Every morning I listen to your content on a way to work and it feels like a breath of fresh air to me (if this is the correct way to say this in English :). I even started having business ideas – something that never happened to me before. If I encounter any sort of success I will give all the credit to you and your ideas. Please go on and God bless!

  3. This is the first time I have seen this Q and A Video and it has changed me. It is 1:.30 am 10-1-2018 and I am going to start my new life of just execution and I am making a commitment to stop worrying about the judgement from others or my own brain and also to not worry about making mistakes but to now just start the doing and allowing the momentum of doing to teach me to be aware of what I am learning and to be proud of my growth and my small wins every moment of my life. I now have no excuse to start this because I am 63 years old I have no one who depends on me or who could be embarrassed at me being real, honest and vulnerable, to document my failures, share my, E Q and my sick humor to the benefit of who ever finds my story valuable.

  4. YO! This talk was the bomb, Gary. A full hour and a half plus of just Q&A is like finding a suitcase full of cash at the bottom of your laundry bin. I loved the part when the behavioral analyst or whatever made the comment that you are an anomaly. Watching your face, your eyes, your body language as he was talking, and you stood there and humbly accepted the comment and agreed with it, where I find most others would not, was huge. thank you, Gary. I'll see you at the top.

  5. OMG "Boys and Girls are different" ~ YES THEY ARE!! ~ How come she asks "In what way??" ~ The more WOMEN use their differences THE MORE ADVANTAGES they will find!! Yisus….one thing is EQUALITY in rights and other one to pretend WE are MEN, ladies: We are NOT men.

  6. Hey Gary.. I have been stuck on social because I feel like I'm constantly putting out fires and dealing zith high stress situations. This I have noticed is not smth most people want to hear about. Not at the bar and not on social platforms.
Or even at home… How do you handle that? @garyvee
Also on the toppic of Lizy.. I think you have a great and supportive wife there. But we aren't all that lucky… is it required do you think for an entrepreneur? Is there a consensus amongst CEO's, entrepreneurs and big executives about this? Are there base requirements other than just be nice to one another…? @garyvee
