  2. I'm so glad that someone in your position is able to actually make a difference in this matter. I've been on that same page since the first drink I served 10 years ago to the last client I attended. Caring is the key to trust and loyalty.

  3. This really resonated with me. I have been living with the same "personality flaw" (so I thought). People either think it is beneath them to do something so seemingly trivial or its such a small loss on the books, why waste the time and energy. I share this passion to deliver on a human level and it is great to see this put into the asset column. It may be hard (and slow) to see the return in such efforts but I think this is how you win customers for life.
