Awesome Tip: Why I Focus on Work Ethic | Business Squared Keynote

Hustle and hard work are just practical. It wouldn’t be reasonable by any standard for me to tell everyone to just get smarter… To the contrary, anyone can decide to start working harder and to start using their time more effectively.

  1. Hey Gary,
I would appreciate a response to this question. Whether you want to do a video about it or just reply here, I am okay with either one.
So, I know that being great requires developing a great work ethic which involves hours of practice and learning. My question is: How do you recommend balancing the hours it takes to build a great work ethic with everything else on a person's schedule?

  2. Thank you for this talk Gary. 2 very important points on this gem of a talk:

    1. at 21:01 for 5 minutes the basic reason why we are in the Facebook era

    2. at 42:00 for 1.34 minutes talking about hiring and firing and the cancerous individuals within an organisation

This video was just sent to 3 important people in my company. Hope they watch. If not the company and all of us, will lose in the longterm.

    The After School Hustle

I'm Starting a Youtube Series called "The After School Hustle". I'm at a crossroads where I graduated college a 2 years ago and I'm not really sure what I want to do. I want to start my own business of some sort but I'm not really sure what it will be yet. So if you watch it and like it cool, if you watch it and hate it even better. Please give feedback if possible!

  4. Yo why was I the only laughing @ 36:57 "…everyone." LOL I love your keynotes Gary. I'm running facebook ads successfully myself @J.G Paradox. Knowing this was available years ago if i had the discipline that i have now. I would of been had over thousands of new followers and selling more art online. However, like you said. It's not merely about knowing the facts. You have to get your head game right. Mines wasn't, but I'm getting there now. I started going hard in march and in just a month 200 more followers+. I imagine when I continue to play my cards right and see what people respond to more. Those numbers should increase from 50 followers a week to maybe even 100 (stats from this week alone). I haven't really understood Instagram though. I think its because people interact with it differently compared to Facebook. @jaygparadox –I want to be where I need to be though, before those prices start going up as you warned. I seriously believe you on the note. People start fan pages everyday. Abandon them, but never invest their money. I have come to learn that if you're serious about something you must invest your soul into it (at least put your money where your mouth is and play the part of the already successful business).Crazy part is… I'm only spending less than 100 dollars a month at this moment. I plan to increase once I release a new collection of work. I think people don't take you serious gary about advertising because you haven't told (maybe–might of missed it) that even Mcdonalds and pepsi spends BILLIONS on advertising every year and they already made it. If you're a business and you're not fishing every moment with ads up 24/7… you're bugging. It does become a thing of arrogance.
