  1. @garyvee in the meeting where you are speaking with several influencers, you mention that perhaps your company has too much kindness, that people were let off unaware because they hadn't received feedback sooner that something was wrong.

From content of your's that I've consumed, i doubt you'd want to read the book "Radical Candor" by Kim Scott but I'd suggest inviting her to come speak at your headquarters. The premise of the book is about finding a way to challenge employees directly while caring personally. She shares a lot of stories similar to what you mentioned where employees needed to fix how they were performing but because employers cared too much, were too nice, the employees never received that feedback. She also shares your views on steve job's management style. I think her message would really resonate with your team at VaynerMedia.

So much love to you man, your content is really stirring up something in me to take my next step forward. Keep posting!

  2. Gary, over the past year of watching your content, I dropped out of college to pursue my dreams in music production and marketing, started my youtube (which is helping a couple people), started my podcast (which is changing my life), and i'm happy as fuck (which helps me get more shit done). Thank you you're the best mentor EVER. I love you. – Jordan

  3. There is something meta about Gary and his content. How many of you have ever been watching this show, or #askgaryvee, or one of his original pieces than get notifications on another platform that he just posts and its something that you have literally been contemplating to yourself? That shit has happen to me a couple of times already. Question to the community, I have two “brands” (idk if I would call them that) one of them is documenting my life and the other is video game content in terms of Playthroughs, a podcast, etc. The video stuff I keep separate (youtube and facebook) but its been really tough to manage 2 different social media accounts on all of the platforms. They are both all around me but two different worlds. Keep them separate or just join them together? Thank you everyone.
