Awesome Tip: 28 Minutes to Silence Your Negative Thoughts Forever

This is an all-time clip, all time, the reaction from everyone watching #TeaWithGaryVee this morning was stunning and amazing. I don’t know if there is a more powerful clip that I’ve ever put out and I hope you can sit down and really let this soak in. Please understand that your negative outlook on life is coming from a place of fear that was instilled in you. For everybody that is “scared” and “fear-based”, don’t see it as a negative reflection of yourself. Your not bad, you are just hurt and need to understand that those are other people’s thought being out in your head.

  1. It's like the exact polar opposite of the abundance of imaginary-competition game, so many people play,
but it's like the give-up-first game, to just not get emotional baggage which is a bold but sparse tactic!

It's really amazing that the kinda poor-me-syndrome simply transcends this entire spectrum regardless of status, perception or leverage! All this over polished lifestyle movies to incrementally more violent nonsense, and now news culture has been dismantled for the nonsense suits they are. Wouldn't you have to be insane to trust a suit posturing around with massive debts over actual skills! Dunno maybe some people like to keep up with spin for excitement of it?!, the #truth is just hard, challenging & rewarding!

Thanks Gary amazing interview of this fantastic person with the [souped up] mustangs/young family is an EV companies dream story-line, anyway, all this is simply none of my business .

  2. I am really inspired by you Gary, taking your advice and I have started documenting my life, my thoughts and everything on a various different platform, I am blogging my thoughts on my blog almost every day, I am posting videos on a weekly basis, I have also started 3 Instagram accounts where I document my journey of learning how to make music, painting, and for blog posts. It's really hard to be consistent when there is no one reading your blogs/watching your videos, but I feel so proud of myself for doing all these things, I am starting to fall in love. Thank you soo much Gary.

  3. I have been practicing changing my thinking to be more optimistic because i struggled with depression and anxiety for most of my life. I feel like I was able to completely change my perspective. I have found a set of things that have really helped me become aware of my thoughts and then actively change them through a variety of techniques. I used to be so quiet and shy and would never in a million years post videos on myself talking about my struggles. It feels so much better when your thoughts are loving and kind and encouraging

  4. 25:4326:03 Write it out and read it til it's memorized Wisdfom of the ages, right there. I always thought Gary was a Karma guy, and he just spontaneously proved he has an advanced understanding, and overview of the human condition. Priceless.

  5. This made me even more angry/depressed about how I'm constantly putting myself down. I can't catch a fucking break and there's nobody I'm willing to talk to about it, especially not my family.

I can't think straight about anything these days. I'm 23 and I feel like unless I "run away" somewhere far, this will only continue. Then I realise that I will have the same fucking mindset no matter where I go, it's just that fucking ingrained in me to hide my feelings and hate myself for it.
