Hey Gary, your videos are too long. I know you're probably not reading this because you're a big shot, but if you want to make great content, you need to cut your videos down to a minimum. Also, the all caps title makes you look desperate for views. Believe it or not, people read English mostly in lowercase, and all caps is an eyesore to look at.

Gary! Crazy that this episode ended up on my Up Next video today. Ever since I originally watched it on May 5, 2016 "A great culture enables speed" – Gary Vaynerchuk has been written on the white board in my office (in the top right corner). Many people have come by and read it, not every response is the positive answer I'd like to hear, but at least it makes them think about their role in that statement. I believe in that quote 1,000% and I am (slowly) trying to make that our thesis. Thanks for providing the phrase that make my coworkers think. Keep putting out the fires.
