Awesome Tip: Wieden+Kennedy Gary Vaynerchuk Keynote | London 2016
This is a keynote talk on the current state of marketing, TV, social media, and channel distribution I gave to executives at WIEDEN+KENNEDY one of the top advertising shops in the world.
for all of my keynotes on marketing in the year we live in watch HERE:
—
Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world’s hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M angel fund.
The #AskGaryVee Show is Gary’s way of providing as much value value as possible by taking your questions about social media, entrepreneurship, startups, and family businesses and giving you his answers based on a lifetime of building successful, multi-million dollar companies.
Gary is also a prolific public speaker, delivering keynotes at events like Le Web, and SXSW, which you can watch right here on this channel.

I'm guessing the people who find this inspiring have a really vapid idea of success
guy who wants you to know just how hard he had it blows himself for an hour and mentions various dollar amounts of success over and over and over and over
With all due respect, even though I do not deny he's a genius. I think the talk was out of substance, not because he does not know, but I only heard his opinion that tv commercials are dying and data shows people consume more on their cellphones. However, I did not learn something new that I already know of. Honestly, I was expecting more.

50 minutes is the real shit, and the over throw of generic medias in the mainstream. straight punk rock personal stream
This is an unbelievable talk! Gary came in to one of the best branding agencies in the world and messed with their heads. I bet most people walked in skeptical of Gary V and everyone left that room rethinking what they believed.
Very cool. Didn't know that Gary was on the radar of a firm like Wieden+Kennedy.
the part about clients and businesses not actually want to sell something is so fuckin true.
Soo weird, I was sipping on Campbells chunky sirloin burger soup when I turned my computer back on and you were telling the Campbell story looool
52:09 – what does he mean here?
51:06
57:51 – get these clowns Gary. The ad industry is the biggest con ever. He sits there and tells these fools that they're full of shit, and they sit there laughing ffs…
I like the video. I will share it with a friend!
Not sure about VR. Augmented reality though is where the next thing is
So so agree, so much truth @Garyvee . That's why i got out of mainstream ad agencies 7 years ago and jumped into creating experiential activations that help create memorable brand stories – connecting with real people. But, watching you every day has blown my mind about broadcasting across so many platforms. Thanks
Cyberpunk shall cometh.
well, that was insane speech. thank you!
The biggest virus in business.. and what companies lose in.. is that lack of Adaptation… … … learn to ride the wave and stay on the current GET It.
Wieden + Kennedy gettin hit with pure fire from the man Gary!!
This really has changed my outlook on marketing. I work in a business but this really opens my eyes and makes so much sense…Gary, you are awesome.
So I am bored already!… get to the point!… show your work not your dick!
I've watched this thing 50 times and it never gets old. As a creative, I wish agencies would wake up and start paying attention. The old model is ineffective, stupid, and slow.
