Here’s Great Tip: Dyslexia 2.0: The Gift of Innovation & Entrepreneurial Mind | Tiffany Sunday | TEDxTurtleCreekWomen
Here is Something You Should See…
Academic studies and scientific research continues to validate the link between dyslexia and entrepreneurship. In one study, thirty-four percent of the business owners surveyed stated they were dyslexic. These studies showcase how dyslexia can be the gift of innovation and the entrepreneurial
mind. However, many educators and experts focus solely on the weaknesses of the dyslexic brain. To fully utilize the gifts of dyslexia we must shift the focus to what dyslexic individuals can achieve. We can reach this goal by teaching entrepreneurship to dyslexic students and creating entrepreneurial communities for dyslexic business owners.
Tiffany Sunday is a dyslexic entrepreneur, business owner, speaker, and author of You Posted What!? She has been starting businesses and developing new products since junior high school. Tiffany’s passion is entrepreneurship and inspiring individuals to pursue their dreams. Her mission is to encourage fellow dyslexics and teach entrepreneurship to dyslexic students. She speaks frequently at business and educational events, advising organizations and companies on the topics of entrepreneurship, dyslexia, and our digital transformation.

This is funny. The description says, "Academic studies and scientific research continues to validate the link between dyslexia and entrepreneurship". Let me save you some money and answer this one for you. More entrepreneurs are dyslexics because they cannot survive in a regular working environment. They start businesses out of necessity…you can't fire yourself. This is also the reason why 60% of prison inmates are dyslexic.
Whot I can do as a severe dyslexic a lot. but I can see physics all around me. How I did it is as I see all in picture I just learnt it from movement in people and then inputted that information in to physics information then translated to seeing it. This is so cool.

Wonderful Talk! The word dyslexia should not be there in the first place. People are different because this is the only way for human race to move forward. Being differently able needs no dys….Time to see the BIG Picture and time to be grateful to the beauty of the brain of …3Dlexia! The word I invented to erase dys…and replace it with all dimensions, body, spirit and psyche, that people with ….3Dlexia but even all people, need to be stimulated to learn everything and create genius! #ilovedyslexia #3Dlexia
Love the can do attitude. That's exactly what entrepreneurs need. Thank you for the story on the success of others and how you have succeeded with entrepreneurship. I hope everyone can help get the word out.
excellent and inspiring talk!
there is still a lot of stigma attached to the word "dyslexic". when i found out that i am dyslexic, i was informed about Albert Einstein, Leonardo da Vinci etc were dyslexic too and then i was told, BUT not everybody can be!
more than "can do" or "can't do" its also the issue of letting them dream without restriction. and as a community support the community
